Code of Conduct

Every builder deserves a space where they can take risks. Harassment, discrimination, and intimidation have no place on campus.

If you see something that makes someone unsafe, say something. Reporting is a responsibility, not a betrayal. Every report is handled seriously, confidentially, and without retaliation.

Credit others for their ideas, report your real numbers, and never pass off someone else's build as your own.

The point of a portfolio is proof — and proof only counts if it is true. When in doubt about whether to credit someone, credit them.

When you see a problem, speak up. The community is only as strong as the builders who look out for one another.

Celebrate wins loudly and give feedback generously. A builder community that cares for its own will outlast any single project, cohort, or demo day.
